Hilton is the only company globally that establishes at scale dedicated Revenue Management Consolidation Centres (RMCC).
The E.D.G.E graduate scheme aims to develop recent graduates into certified Cluster Revenue Managers in Hilton’s RMCC, based in our Corporate Headquarters in Watford (UK).
What Does The Programme Cover?
- E.D.G.E consists of a 15-month training programme which encompasses a full introduction to revenue management
- The opportunity to learn from our existing experienced team and on-site trainers to become competent in the field of Revenue Management
- Building of a portfolio of hotels with full responsibility for the revenue management from month 5 of the programme
- Structured feedback sessions and assessed scenarios to validate learning
- Promotion to the role of Cluster Revenue Manager after successful completion of the 15 month programme, based on assessed scenarios and feedback

Application Criteria
- You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2022 or 2023, prior to starting in this role.
- You need to be free from University obligations as per September 1st, 2023 (including internships, exams, writing a thesis etc). If you graduated in 2023 and still need to receive your "official" certificate, no worries, we've got you covered.
- You must speak, read and write English fluently. Any additional languages are considered a plus.
- You must have a UK or Irish nationality/passport and/or be eligible to work in the UK upon completing your study at a UK based University (Graduate visa). This could either be due to the free EU Settlement Scheme or by means of a graduate visa that can be obtained after the Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa.
- You must demonstrate a passion for hospitality and learning.
Selection
The selection process consists of several stages and includes online tests, video interviews and an Assessment Centre.
