    The role

    Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and influencer marketing? We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Assistant PR & Influencer Manager to join our growing Marketing team at Holland and Barrett. This role will play a pivotal part in driving brand relevance through strategic PR and influencer campaigns, enhancing our customer reach and engagement across key business initiatives, including beauty

    Key responsibilities

    • Develop and execute integrated PR and influencer campaigns across beauty and key business areas
    • Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and influencers in the wellness and beauty sectors
    • Manage day-to-day press office operations, including media inquiries, press releases, and content creation
    • Stay on top of cultural and social trends to continuously enhance our strategy
    • Monitor campaign performance and compile insights to measure success and inform future initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align public relations efforts with broader marketing goals
    • Support the management of project budgets and campaign resources
    • Drive both earned and paid media opportunities to maximise brand exposure

    The person

    • Proven experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally in retail and beauty
    • Expertise in media relations and influencer outreach, with a focus on wellness and beauty
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Experience with creator management platforms (e.g., Companion or Creator IQ) is a plus
    • Ability to analyse data, adjust strategies, and solve problems effectively
    • Passion for social media, trends, and the wellness industry
