    Are you a recent Graduate? Passionate about events with a real eye for detail? Looking to start your career with the largest UK Health and Wellness Retailer?

    As our Events Executive, you'll provide administrative support for business-wide events as well as full logistic support to include building and managing registration platforms, travel and accommodation bookings, social media management and onsite support during the events.

    Some key accountabilities 

    • Managing the Events inbox and answering attendee queries within 24 hours
    • Project manage events of less than 100 attendees from initial kick off and brief to creation to delivery, and any-follow up actions.
    • Responsible for event promotion for dedicated events across websites, social media, and internal platforms
    • Working cross-functionally with internal departments, marketing, and communication teams to ensure brand guidelines are used correctly and content is consistent, engaging and follows the same approach.
    • Working with internal teams to ensure all events and projects are properly supported, delivered and support agreed KPIs.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with professionals, maintain relationships in the event industry and generate new and innovative ideas.

    About you

    To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Events, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Passion in all things Health and Wellness
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Competent IT User including all Microsoft Packages
    • A Creative Flair
