    We have an opportunity for a Graduate Field Service Engineer to join our Honeywell Process Solutions team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Network Systems Engineer to join our growing and dynamic team working on the maintenance of the Distributed Control Systems at our client sites across UK (mostly north). Due to the nature of the role the engineer can be based anywhere across England!

    Graduate Field Service Engineer responsibilities

    • Support the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.
    • You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors.
    • Support revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists.
    • You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.
    • Support cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.
    • Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree / equivalent in Engineering specializing in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop and manage strong customer relationships
    • A valid UK driving licence.
