    Role overview

    This isn't your typical graduate role. Dive headfirst into the epicentre of Houst, spearheading change with personalised projects from day one. Collaborate shoulder to shoulder with our CEO and the SLT team, stitching your unique mark across various departments.

    Pre-starting

    Project Assignment 1: Collaborative Initiative

    • Duration: 2 weeks (2nd January - 12th January)
    • Team Structure: Collaborative team setting comprising of fellow graduates.
    • Objective: Address a significant and current challenge facing the company.
    • Engagement: Throughout this project, you'll have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with senior management, offering a holistic view as this initiative spans across multiple departments and influences various stakeholders within the company.

    Project Assignment 2: Specialised Focus

    • Duration: 1 week (18th March - 22nd March)
    • Nature: Individual assignment tailored to specific departmental needs.
    • Objective: Delve deep into a targeted area of the company, aiming to resolve challenges or enhance functionalities within a particular team.
    • Experience: This task provides an immersive experience, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding and contribute meaningfully to a distinct part of our organisation.

    Starting

    No need for rigid rotations. Wield the autonomy to cherry-pick projects, steering your passion from the onset. Within a month, you'll be helming projects and instigating tangible transformations company-wide.

    Management

    Be part of a select cadre of elite graduates collaborating directly with the CEO, SLT, and existing Founders Associates. Your creations, your acclaim. We promise, this isn't your usual Big 4 grad routine.

    Requirements

    • A dynamic innovator, always primed for action.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, especially with intricate processes and voluminous datasets.
    • Stellar communication skills with a knack for steering projects.
    • Academic excellence, slated to graduate in 2023/4.
    • Prior exposure in the bustling start-up realm is a plus.
    • An insatiable hunger to learn, evolve, and accelerate.
