    Our Programme 

    Starting January 30th 2023, a truly unique and innovative programme that will allow you to experience our core business functions. Over the course of 2 years you’ll complete 4 rotational placements before moving into your permanent role with Houst. Unlike many traditional graduate programmes, these rotations will give you the chance to test out completely different business areas, roles and help you craft and develop your future career. As a start up you’ll be given responsibility and ownership from day 1 that will equip you with the necessary skills to truly become a leader for the future!

    Rotations

    Commercial and Client Success  - Focusing on bringing in new clients in addition to maintaining a strong relationship with our existing ones. You’ll learn to effectively pitch our unique proposition to potential clients and develop strong problem solving and relationship management skills to maintain an excellent relationship with our existing hosts.

    Operations - Covering everything from supplier management to our Lettings team, Operations truly is the heart of the Houst! You’ll help ensure that our business runs smoothly from an operational standpoint. It will be the time to really develop creative, problem solving solutions and processes, in an agile fast paced environment!

    Tech - Product management, data analysis, developing and tech support; If you are interested in tech there are a number of ways that you could support our Tech function. Our Tech team at Houst help develop innovative tech solutions for our Clients and Guests alike.

    People & Culture- Passionate about people? A placement with the People & Culture team will focus on areas such as Employee Wellbeing, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, recruitment activity and the overall company culture. Your focus will be establishing a supportive environment that gives our employees the ability to excel in their roles!

    Growth - Keen to get your creative juices flowing? A growth placement at Houst will allow you to really develop and enhance your creative skillset. Through effective, strategic marketing, you’ll help attract new clients and help Houst grow as a business!

    Corporate Development- Houst is currently located in 18 cities globally and counting! A rotation in Corporate Development will be researched focus and supporting with M&A activity.

    Finance - Supporting our Finance team with financial activity across our overseas subsidiaries, you could be looking at P&L balance reconciliations one day and client income statements the next. A role with finance will be both fast paced and demanding and being numerically literate is essential!

    Requirements

    • Recent graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) predicted grade
    • A curious and creative thinker who can develop ‘out the box’ solutions
    • A motivated self starter who has the ability to multitask and manage workload
    • A Strategic individual, who always thinks about the ‘bigger picture’
    • A collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
    • Someone who has analytical problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
    • A strong communicator who has the ability to really ‘sell’ a proposition
    • A keen interest in the start-up space and a desire to truly influence and ‘make their mark’

    2. If successful you must complete an online assessment
    3. For the final stage, you will be invited to our office for an assessment day! (Assessment centres will be held on December 15th and December 20th)
