    Our 6-week Business Analyst Internship within the Specialty Insights & Analytics team is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to significant projects, and develop the analytical skills needed to thrive in the insurance industry.

    As a Howden Business Analyst Intern, you will

    • Work alongside industry experts in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
    • Gain exposure to key areas of insurance analytics, including data modelling, trend analysis, and reporting.
    • Support the development of insights that drive business decisions and client solutions.
    • Apply analytical thinking to tackle sophisticated business problems.
    • Work with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Develop valuable technical and problem-solving skills to kickstart your career.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Penultimate or final-year university students with a curiosity about insurance and data analytics.
    • Intermediate Excel skills
    • Knowledge of SQL would be highly desirable
    • Solid attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data optimally.
    • A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve and get results.
