    We are looking for a high calibre candidate to join our operational services pursuit team in developing their sales initiatives and supporting the presales team. The 13 month communications placement is based in Winnersh, Reading, Berkshire, UK.

    How you’ll make your mark

    • You will track and manage the allocation of team resources to new opportunities
    • You will be responsible for data reporting
    • You will support deal qualification and approval to pursue
    • You will develop an understanding of HPE services and proposal development cycle
    • You will represent the UKI as the principal contact for the ONELead programme
    • You will be responsible for ONELead training to sales, delivery and other business teams
    • You will build incentive campaigns to drive ONELead revenue and margin growth
    • You will be reporting to UKI management team in terms of business performance

    About you

    • A degree background that demonstrates business, sales, finance and analytical skills is preferable
    • Target to achieve a 2:1 based on 1st year and predicted 2nd year results
    • Ability to demonstrate some work experience or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities is beneficial
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent written communication
    • Ability to work independently and proactively
    • Capability to understand a high-level view of HPE. e.g. business structure, product and services portfolio
