Junior Performance Marketing Executive UK

This exciting job opportunity is well-suited to a recent university graduate. It is a 24 month fixed term contract to work with HP.

As a Junior Performance Marketing Executive at HP, you will support the Performance Marketing Lead to deliver a leading performance marketing strategy in the UK. You will play a key role in supporting the full suite of performance marketing channels for the HP Digital Direct business; with a key focus on paid search, affiliate, paid social and display.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day campaign planning, briefing and execution by working collaboratively with external agencies, internal colleagues, and external partners.

  • Collaborate with the performance marketing agency to execute a leading paid search strategy across multiple search engines.

  • Optimise the affiliate program by working with the affiliate network and maintain strong relationships with affiliate publishers.

  • Launch and manage paid social campaigns.

  • Identify new test and learn opportunities to drive incremental business growth for key strategic areas.

  • Utilise appropriate performance marketing channels to drive quality converting traffic to the website.

  • Analyse performance metrics and assist with optimising campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs & ROAS targets.

  • Share key insights and present regular performance updates to the wider team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Data-driven thinking and comfortable interpreting and analysing data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail required to approve and launch customer-facing ad copies and creatives.

  • Strong project management and time management required.

  • University graduate (or equivalent) with a marketing, digital or business-related degree.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Some experience of using digital marketing and web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising).

  • Hands on performance marketing experience from an internship/placement.
