H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to work with Lotus, Mayfair. We’re looking for someone that’s determined to go above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service, with a focus on learning to maximising sales and profit from all opportunities. We sell only the best cars in the world, and we’re seeking only the best candidates.
The role
The Lotus Trainee Sales Executive will work across both New and Used Lotus vehicles and will need to develop and maintain an encyclopaedic knowledge of the entire range, as well as competitor products. The right candidate will also be able to assist the Sales Team in developing new relationships and creating innovative solutions to close existing sales leads. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the industry, and is a quick learner.

- You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences.

- You will have a passion for the luxury industry, be able to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with.
- You will be confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- You will have outstanding interpersonal skills. You will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company.
