About the role
We are looking to recruit a paralegal with at least 1 year of experience to provide assistance in our Medical Negligence Department based in our Manchester Office. This is a busy and challenging role which offers a great opportunity for rewarding client work.
We are keen to hear from experienced paralegals, with a background in a Medical Negligence role. The successful candidate will be commercially minded with strong communication skills, who thrive in a friendly team environment. Essential skills
- Have a Law Degree and/or at least 1 year of experience in a paralegal/legal assistance role.
- Be committed to delivering excellent client care/ service.
- Be able to work sympathetically and effectively with a wide range of clients with differing needs.
- Have excellent organisational skills and time management skills.
- Be able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Have the ability to use your initiative, work independently, input ideas and help develop the company.
- Have the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
- Be keen to learn, interested in driving your own career progression and be proactive in taking ownership of this.
