Humaans is the fastest way to onboard and manage employees. We turn complex processes like employee onboarding, offboarding, and compensation management into simple workflows by integrating with solutions, such as Gsuite, Slack, Docusign, Greenhouse, and more.

As a human centred company (quite literally), every team member counts - and that’s where you come in.
Ideally, we’d like for somebody to join us for 6 months but we're open to shorter internships (3 months) as well.
You’re excited by
- Researching new sales opportunities including target companies as well as people to reach out to
- Working with Business Developers and Account Executives to provide them with a list of leads to target
- Polishing and enriching data on our CRM and other databases using the best tools and sources
- Understanding how the sales process of a high growth startup works and how we constantly work to maintain and improve
This is what will get us excited about you
- You like researching. You are ready to help our sales team by researching the best sales opportunities and providing them with lists for our outreach sequences. You’re happy to explore possible new strategies and approaches.
- You love tools. You’re passionate about tools, automations and technologies. We love to empower the sales team in the best way and having this approach is crucial to do that.
- You are curious. You want to try to find better and faster ways to make daily tasks easier. You usually have thousands of questions and are not shy to challenge and improve our ways of working.
- You are passionate. About startups and high growth companies in the SaaS space. You can see yourself working in sales, sales operations or growth/marketing in the future.
- Experience with Google Sheet and/or Excel. You have a passion for everything analytical and have experience with formulas and other features related to spreadsheets (anything more advanced like scripts is a big plus).
