We’re Forest, the bikes that look like trees. We’re London’s most sustainable shared eBike operator. We bridge the gap between affordability and sustainability, using our advertising revenue to offer all users 10 minutes free cycling daily.

The role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and proactive Marketing Intern, with a specific interest in Email/App Marketing to help us communicate with our business customers.

Working with our Senior CRM Executive and our CMO, you will plan, develop and implement our B2B CRM strategy. You will work closely with our Commercial Team to understand the needs of our partners and create content alongside our B2B Account Executive.

You will also get to help with other tasks in the CRM mix, learning from the team about retention, churn and activation campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, in house marketing team as we head into our busiest period of the year.

Schedule

  • This is a full-time, 12 week internship (July - August 2023)
  • 5 days per week

Your key responsibilities include

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging and targeted email/app marketing campaigns that use the latest trends to drive customer engagement
  • Learn how to analyse campaign performance data, and use insights to optimise campaigns and drive business results
  • Deliver creative briefs to our Design team to assist in building marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Commercial team, including attending weekly meetings, to help coordinate marketing campaigns and understand their customer’s needs

Who you are

  • You are studying marketing/ communications (or a degree in a similar field) or have 1 year’s experience in marketing
  • You have a foundational knowledge of email marketing
  • You have excellent written communication and an eye for detail
  • You are highly organised and enjoy juggling multiple tasks for different teams
  • You have an appetite for learning and want to get out as much as you put in
  • You have good people skills, enjoy constructive feedback and work well collaborating with others
