    Our 12-Month Development Programme  

    Throughout our 12-M programme, you’ll have access to a series of learning opportunities that will help to propel your career further, faster. The programme will consist of series of courses that have been designed to accelerate your career, giving you access to the knowledge, skills, and behaviours for success at THG. Each course will include a number of workshops, team takeovers, and engagement initiatives. 

    About the Role 

    As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will work closely with operations on process efficiencies and logistics. You will be confident in accessing and working with data from multiple sources and an expert in Microsoft Access and Excel. 

    Main duties & responsibilities

    • Analyse customer behaviour and marketing performance - deep dives into performance to share learnings and generate actions 
    • Analysis of campaigns and key trading events 
    • Working on strategic planning, focusing on metrics such as new customer acquisition, retention, AOV via means of sampling, GWP, exclusive launches and other trading mechanics 
    • Building bespoke automated reporting to help empower staff with data 
    • Build rapport with trading and marketing teams alike to educate on the benefits of data and how it can impact business decisions 
    • Manipulating data via SQL and Big Query to power long term reporting and adhoc analysis 

    Role Requirements 

    • Top level graduate with a mathematical/analytical focus looking to start work after graduation in summer 2022 
    • Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility  
    • Strong interest in e-commerce and data analysis 
    • Highly proficient in Excel  
    • Experience with a coding language would be beneficial (SQL, R, Python)  
    • Able to translate data in to actionable insights  
    • Able to communicate the meaning of data sets to non-technical audiences
