Summary
The Digital Media Executive role in THG Beauty sits within the Commercial Marketing structure. Within the Digital Activation function we work closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, core performance channels & design on a daily basis to execute brand-funded media campaigns. The role gives an incredible insight into performance marketing, retail & eCommerce and exposure to external brand marketing planning. The Digital Activation team are external-facing THG ambassadors & media experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate brand-facing, co-developing and executing data-driven paid media activity to drive brand growth
- Work collaboratively with our influencer team to commission best-in-class influencer assets for media repurposing
- Developing and pitching multi-platform paid media plans to drive brand growth
- Mid & post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts generated and showcase investments’ ROI
- Social-first creative ad copy creation
- Continuous optimisation of campaigns to agreed ROI targets
- Working with our in-house design team to deliver best in class assets for our brand partners
- Work effectively with wider marketing teams to ensure media is delivered impactfully
- Continuous learning and development across key media platforms to remain specialist and deliver innovative media strategy for brand partners
