About The Role - Influencer Executive
Do you live and breathe influencers and have an interest in all things beauty? Then this role has your name written all over it! We’re currently looking for an Influencer Executive to help execute and implement our influencer marketing strategy for THG’s beauty brands. Reporting to the Influencer Manager, you will be involved in everything from identifying and building new working relationships, proactively and reactively identifying gifting and paid opportunities, campaign brainstorming and more. The Influencer Marketing Executive will be a proactive, creative and hardworking individual who's passionate about influencer marketing and social media. They will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally, as well as having strong negotiation and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
The Influencer Executive will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Influencer Manager on the day to day execution of influencer activity
- Identifying and building network of influencers and content creators
- Proactively and reactively identifying gifting and paid opportunities
- Ensuring briefs are in line with UGC guidelines, social plans and brand buy in.
- Ensuring influencer best practice is communicated across brand, marketing and creative functions in the division
- Regular updates with PR to ensure alignment/looped in with wider PR activations and events
- Tracking and accurate measurements of ROI
- Ownership of the THG Beauty Brands Influencer Database
- Complete end-to-end relationship management with influencers, from initial outreach emails to processing payments
- Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build global brand awareness
- Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage

Requirements
- Experience in influencer marketing in an e-commerce or digital capacity (preferably within the beauty industry)
- Understanding of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Keen interest in skincare and bodycare
- A genuine interest in beauty and retail, and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing
- An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands
- Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to meet deadlines
Desirable
- Experience using influencer and/or affiliate tracking tools
- Experience using Google Analytics
