Working within the Brand & Product Marketing team, this position will be responsible for:
- Execute the brand positioning and messages for the Yale® brand.
- Conducting marketing activities and developing marketing assets to promote the Yale brand in the most effective way in order to ultimately help drive sales.
- Supporting global alignment of marketing initiatives by working with brand marketing teams in other global theatres to ensure the Yale brand message is consistently communicated on an international and national basis.
- Working closely with the Brand team, Solutions and Industry team to deliver compelling Yale branded lead generation campaigns and lead the execution with Marketing and Sales teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Project management of the repositioning of Yale Brand
- Articulate the vision of the Yale purpose to all audiences - customers, dealers and internal staff
- Development of Yale Brand campaigns and assets
- Development of promotional programmes and activities to support the Yale Brand driving both brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage Third-Party Agencies & Projects
- Support Yale Brand Events
- Support Internal, Dealer & Customer Communications
Knowledge Required
- Business, Marketing or related bachelor’s degree obtained through University education.
- Post graduate level professional marketing qualification through the Chartered Institute of Marketing or similar is desirable.
- Marketing experience: 5-7 years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment, including marketing project management, proposing and working to agreed budgets.
- Detailed knowledge of marketing KPIs, and measuring and reporting upon outcomes
- Evidence of developing a Brand Identity for an industrial based product.
- Experience creating a project plan for a campaign or product introduction and managing all resources through the life of the project.
- Agency Management: Familiarity with agency briefing, and relationship management. Evidence of how information was managed with the agency and how performance was measured.
- Experience of working with sales teams, and an understanding of different types of channels to market and their respective marketing needs.
- Confident and clear communication, upwards and across the organization.
- Effective interpersonal and influencing skills and an ability to manage business relationships across multiple cultures.
- Fluency in additional European languages is desirable.
