Imagine working in an agile environment across teams such as Operations and Infrastructure, Cyber, Architecture and Software Development, these are just a few of the exciting placements available on our graduate programme.
From the start, you will play a role in providing technology to our many airlines and associated companies - including British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus - enabling them to operate in the most efficient and effective way. Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to give you the breadth and depth of experience you’ll need to be future leaders in technology. And you won’t have to wait around to get involved.
If you want to specialise, you can choose one of our four pre-defined placement streams – Strategy, Operations and Infrastructure; Data Science; Software Development or Cyber. On the other hand, if you would prefer to experience a broad overview of technology, you can opt for our individual stream, where you can self-select from the varied placements across IAG Tech.
You will be able to shape and personalise your own direction, build on your strengths, broaden your skills and accelerate your career within an organisation that is fast-paced, diverse and constantly evolving. A 2 year graduate programme, during which we help you define your strengths and career direction.
This specific role is located in Harmondsworth. There are also roles available in Heathrow and Dublin.
Essential skills
You can come from any degree discipline, but you will have attained, or be predicted to attain, at least a 2:2 degree. We are most interested in your passion and motivation for a career in technology, and in your analytical and logical approach.

Desired skills
Soft skills are just as important as technical skills and so you will have a rounded skill set. You will have the ability to think both creatively and strategically.
