About the job
This job sits within the HR Operations team in the UK, servicing employees across all ICBCS locations, including London, Asia and New York. This is a key, client-facing role responsible for delivering HR transactional support and advice to all ICBC Standard Bank employees. The job holder will be the first point of contact, tasked with establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients, providing accurate and timely customer service and resolving HR transactions and administration tasks. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics, Payroll, and Recruitment teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR support in coordinating the Intern programme for the Bank
- Assist in the preparation of employee letters and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records across all HR core systems
- Manage documentation processes, ensuring all required documentation is filed in employee personnel records and paper and digital files are archived in accordance with GDPR.
- Support HR Department with the accurate and timely execution of tasks to meet daily deadlines
- Actively participate in various HR projects to support HR Operations Managers
