About the job

The Legal Department provides legal advisory and transactional support to all divisions of ICBC Standard Bank. The legal team are mostly located on the trading floor in London with one lawyer located in Singapore

We are looking for a summer intern within the legal team to assist with certain legal agreements, documentation review and, where required, legal related projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting with non-disclosure agreements
  • Documentation review and collation of data
  • Potentially assisting the legal team with different projects
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks

What you'll need to be successful

  • Currently second- or third-year student studying Law (undergraduate or masters) or recent law graduate;
  • IT skills (Microsoft Excel skills preferable but not required)

  • Interest in learning about in-house legal teams
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Able to work efficiently as a team player
