Division Summary
The Legal Department provides legal advisory and transactional support to all divisions of ICBC Standard Bank. The legal team are mostly located on the trading floor in London with one lawyer located in Singapore.
Your Role
- Assisting with non-disclosure agreements
- Documentation review and collation of data
- Potentially assisting the legal team with different projects
- Assisting with other administrative tasks
Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Currently second or third year student studying Law (undergraduate or masters) or recent law graduate;
- IT skills (Microsoft Excel skills preferable but not required)
- Interest in learning about in-house legal teams
- Pays attention to detail
- Organised
- Able to work efficiently as a team player
- Organised and efficient
- Proactive
- Able to assist in reconciliations/project related data collation.
