Your role in the team's success
Your primary responsibility will be to provide the group with operational support in many areas of the business,
What you'll do
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage client margin calls, account settlements and debt recovery
- Account administration which includes account set up, sign off and categorisation.
- Manage and monitor first line risk controls for the group: ‘Risk Monitoring, Risk identification & Risk Analysis'
- Provide direct client support on aspects of their trading account
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports and audits
- You will also work alongside a number of different departments and stakeholders from around the business including: Compliance, Risk, Finance, Dealing and Account managers
- Work with internal product owners to improve our current product offering
What you'll need for this role
Key qualification requirements:
- Educated to at least A-Level certificate standard (or overseas equivalent). Degree level education desirable but not essential
- Interest in financial markets and investments - we dont require specific experience
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Works well under pressure, meets deadlines and manages their own workload through strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to complete personal and team KPIs.
- Self-motivated individual
