    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to join our team and support our COO for the summer through to the end of October 2025.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing the executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Provide general administrative support to the COO.

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Economics, Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
