As a graduate gameplay programmer in our UK Games Studio, you will be helping us build the next generation of games and metaverse experiences using our Morpheus Technology
You will contribute to defining the next generation of deeply interactive online experiences, and assist us in creating games that allow for new depths of simulation, social interaction and physical interaction at an unprecedented scale.
This is an ideal role for candidates with a passion for games, who are interested in getting into the games industry and looking to gain valuable experience in a professional studio, run by seasoned industry veterans. You should be open to new ideas, technology (networking, web 3.0 etc) and methodologies, keen to develop your skills in a production-led environment, and be excited to be part of a diverse and creative team.
You will join a graduate programme that includes an accelerator induction, a structured development plan and mentorship by smart, motivated and curious people.

Your opportunity
- Work directly alongside and be supported by other gameplay and engine programmers, assisting in delivering releases and milestones.
- Deliver new features under the direction of programming leadership.
- Learn from and be mentored by world-class game developers and technical specialists.
- Work on cutting-edge game technology and help push the boundaries of what is possible in modern-day computer games.
- Work on large-scale MMO RPGs and Metaverse Events at scales of 10,000+ players
Why you were made for this
- You are undertaking a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Maths, Physics or another STEM subject.
- You have a demonstrable portfolio of game development projects from University or personal projects.
- You have an understanding of the principles of Programming, Software Design, and Game Development.
- You're skilled in one or more common programming languages, C, C++, C#.
- You have prior experience with game engines such as Unity or, ideally, Unreal Engine 4.
- You are passionate about games and gaming and interested in new and innovative uses for Web 3.0.
- You understand and are vocal when you need assistance or guidance from programming leadership.
- You're curious and are not afraid to ask questions.
