    As a Graduate Engineer working at Improbable we expect you to help us build flexible services and tooling which allows Improbable to rapidly scale whilst delivering a seamless experience to our customers.

    Join our defence and national security business and you’ll be helping users plan and train to meet the most complex security threats in the world. Working alongside experts in AI and Machine Learning, computational modelling and distributed systems, you’ll be putting multiplayer technology to life-saving use.

    You will join a graduate programme that includes an accelerator induction, structured development plan and mentorship from an experienced team driven by solving hard technical problems.

    What you'll need

    • Relevant degree or equivalent
    • Extra-curricular activity and/or internships in a software environment.
    • A passion for defence, gaming, simulation or distributed systemsKnowledge of programming languages such as C++, Go, Python, Java, Javascript, Typescript etc
    • Appreciation for productive software engineering including Testing, Tooling, IDE mastery etc
    • Algorithmic and data structures knowledge

    Please note due to the nature of this role you may be expected to meet requirements associated with obtaining UK security vetting clearance
