Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
What you'll be doing
- Use our top-notch research tools (internal primary research, secondary research) to assimilate data and insights about the Gen Z audience
- Craft the insights and information you gather about this cohort into a compelling narrative which will help our marketing teams better understand what makes younger generations tick & can be used to shape our future plans
- Put together a plan on how to bring the insights to life and land the learnings in an engaging way with our marketing team across Europe
- Deliver an exciting and memorable session using the learnings gathered at our annual marketing event
You'll have
- a passion for understanding what makes people tick
- The ability to gather information from many different sources and bring it together in a compelling narrative
- A good knowledge & experience of using social media, technology & AI tools
- The ability to step back, see the bigger picture, and link your work to the business’ strategic goals
- Good organisation skills – ability to put together a project plan and deliver on time and against scope
- A creative mind – ability to think differently and to bring your perspective to the team and the work we do
- Someone with an interest in brands & marketing
- Bonus: if you have an understanding of qualitative and quantitative research that would be great, but if not don’t worry you’ll get the opportunity to learn on the job
