The Programme
Our Business Analyst graduate programme is a two-year rotational programme and has been designed for you to gain experience and have exposure across our business, so you will be able to hit the ground running in a permanent Business Analysis role on programme completion.
Our Business Analysts sit within our rapidly growing Technology division which are working towards transforming our technology platform and digitising our investment processes. In this role you will be key in coming up with creative solutions which will solve critical problems and in bridging the gap between multiple teams across the organisation in the process.
We will structure your rotations to give you the opportunity to experience and understand our business so you will:
- Be more effective when you enter a permanent role on completion of the programme
- Build networks and relationships across the organisation
- Gain technical understanding and working knowledge across our business
- Take professional qualifications to support and complement business knowledge
- Establish the foundations in becoming Insight’s future leaders
As part of the programme you will rotate through multiple business areas in a combination of project and ‘business as usual’ teams. We want to make sure you can make an impact and take ownership of your role throughout the programme, so we’ll place you where there’s interesting and important initiatives going on in an ever changing and evolving environment.
What we’re looking for:
