    What will you be doing?

    As part of our Finance Graduate Program, we’ll provide you with a journey across our various financial functions. Over three years, you’ll rotate through different teams, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as Finance Planning and Analysis, Controllership & Treasury, Process & Operations, and Corporate Tax. Each rotation will provide you with a deep understanding of how our business operates, and you’ll have the flexibility to explore specific areas of finance that resonate with your interests.

    You’ll also be funded to become a qualified financial professional. You will have the choice and be supported to study towards CIMA or ACCA qualifications, depending on your own career aspirations.

    This rotational graduate programme will give you the chance to experience all corners of our Sustainability Team, giving you exposure to how each of these areas of focus.

    You’ll have the chance to

    • Rotate: You’ll complete 1-year long rotations. This exposure will equip you with a holistic view of finance in a global organisation.
    • Implementation: Work on real-world projects and make an impact.
    • Collaboration: You’ll get to work with colleagues from across the organisation, based in locations all over the world.
    • Flexibility: Tailor your experience based on your interests. If you discover a passion for a specific area, we’ll adapt the program to align with your goals.

    • 1-2-1 call with the Early Careers recruiter to talk about the role in more detail
    • In-person assessment centre to be held on-site in our Dundee office. After which, we will let you know if you have been successful.
