    As a Graduate, you will be very much a part of this. Writing code on a daily basis and learning what it takes to be an exceptional software engineer.     This position will suit Engineers graduating in 2023, or those who have already graduated and are looking for the next step.

    Day to day

    • Collaborate and work as part of our engineering teams to develop software solutions to production
    • Learn and adopt the skills to become a confident, independent software engineer
    • Work across a range of front and backend technologies (Kotlin, C#, AWS etc) in a highly supportive work environment
    • Research and evaluate new technologies that could improve the quality of our software
    • Engage with your team members to create a fun and energetic place to work and learn

      Requirements

      Need to have

      • A computer science or software engineering related degree, 2.1 or higher or equivalent experience
      • A keen eye for detail and quality which should be reflected in your outputs
      • Experience in Java, C#, Kotlin or similar high level programming language.
      • An ability to program and solve basic programming challenges
      • A deep curiosity about programming and software in general
      • Excellent academic qualifications and communication skills, written and verbal
      • Eligibility to live and work in the UK

        Nice to have

        • Evidence of contribution to a personal or open source project
        • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
        • An understanding of developer tooling (IntelliJ, Git, etc), testing and clean code
