Intapp is a global leading supplier of enterprise software solutions to the legal, professional services and financial services sectors. We are looking to hire a Client Services Operations Analyst (Intern) to work within an energetic professional services team, acting alongside the Client Services team.
The role is a mix of supporting the pre-sales activities of reviewing statements of work and initiating projects, facilitating operations and data entry for services projects, and conducting behind the scenes investigation, remediation, analysis, and manipulation of Services Operations data.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting the Services Sales team with deal creations to process Change Requests and Intapp Prime deals in a timely manner
- Maintaining deal accuracy in Intapp’s CRM platform to ensure deal pipelines are accurate and up to date to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Reviewing and processing in-coming scoping requests, routing each request to the relevant teams to action. Following up on requests as appropriate
- Communicating with the Sales teams to arrange scoping calls once resources have been assigned
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs) along with setting up and updating services projects to ensure accuracy for resource roles, hours and rates in Intapp’s CRM
- Design and build reports to assist the team with process enhancements and efficiencies
- Utilise Intapp’s reporting tools along with Excel skills to help maintain data accuracy
- Understand reporting criteria and filters for services and partner deals and projects, investigate when deals do not feed into downstream reports, and edit deals appropriately so that they are captured in reporting
- Working on and owning a Services Operations project throughout the duration of the Internship
- Additional responsibilities to be defined at a later stage to support the wider Professional Services Operations and Partner Operations Teams.

What to Expect
- Our Summer 2023 Internship Program begins June 5, 2023 and is projected to end between August 11th and 25th.
- Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.
- Our internship is hybrid and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities, however, we will evaluate as Summer 2023 approaches.
