    Our new Junior Business Analyst (BA) role is going to help IGS transition from our current fast growth SME state to a fully scaled up global business driven by intelligent and highly integrated systems, technology, and processes.

    Employing over 230 people, IGS is now in full scale up mode with an ambitious and aggressive recruitment plan to help fuel our commercial growth. We are now looking to hire a self-starting; Junior BA with Microsoft PowerApps experience looking to expand their skills and learn CRM/ERP software.

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Junior BA to join our team. The Junior BA will work closely with our stakeholders and functional colleagues to analyse, design, develop and implement solutions that align with our business goals and objectives.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to improve our productivity and data from the get-go. This hands-on role will focus on leveraging on three areas:

    • Microsoft Power Platform Tools
    • HubSpot CRM (Lead to Order process)
    • ERP Implementation support (Data, UAT and Training)

    We wish to develop your skills and experience working with modelling business processes, information flows and data structures, using a range of business analysis techniques.

    Tactically, you will be expected to leverage and build with Microsoft Power Solutions.
    Strategically, you will have the chance to learn and work on our Lead to Order process via HubSpot CRM; and become involved supporting your new IGS colleagues involved in an ERP Project implementation (Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance end to end processes) in an international, multicurrency business.

    Reporting to our Head of IS, the Junior BA will be part of an Information Systems team with fellow Business Analysts and IT resources. Technical Training and BA Soft skills will be critical and important for your continued professional development and success as a BA within IGS.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with colleagues and other stakeholders to investigate operational issues, problems and new opportunities, contributing to business process and IT system improvements
    • Be able to understand the purpose and benefits of modelling techniques to represent a range of business areas and systems of interest within the context of business analysis activity
    • Take part in meetings with stakeholders and assist in presenting issues and solutions both verbally and in writing
    • Produce business analysis deliverables using relevant documentation styles in line with organisational standards and using appropriate tools
    • Assist in defining and justifying (in business terms) holistic solutions that address organisational, people, process, information and technology aspects
    • Assist colleagues and other stakeholders to define user acceptance tests for new or improved business processes and IT systems.

    Experience

    • 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
    • Experience with Microsoft Power App, Automate/Flow Tools, including Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot
    • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
    • Good Visio (or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel skills
    • Any experience of any ERP, CRM, Finance or Supply Chain related systems
