The Project Administrator is part of the Pre-Con/Graduate Academy Team and is on the pathway to becoming a Contracts Manager.

The role

They will initially form part of the estimating team, to produce and prepare detailed cost plans alongside the Projects Team, as well as supporting the Contracts Team with negotiation and procurement. Once they are confident and competent in project financial administration, they will have exposure to and involvement in a variety of roles, including on site delivery, contracts management, client care, consultancy, and sales, to build a robust understanding of the wider business picture, before progressing through the Project Management pathway with the goal of delivering their own projects.

Qualifications required

  • A degree or equivalent in a construction, maths or science based subject.
