International SOS are recruiting for a Data Analyst (12 month FTC) who will support the development and implementation of an upgrade to the International SOS Global case management system. You will be focusing on return of investment, cost savings and future data structure of the new software – taking into account operational reporting, client insights and financial requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, analyse and share data with relevant business stakeholders
  • Understand current data structure and work on project initiatives to deliver data
  • Work closely with finance to calculate ROI and develop data needs to facilitate reports on progress
  • Proactively identify value adding trends and insights to be highlighted to the project team
  • Develop a strong understanding of data requirements from key departments (finance, operations, global reporting, client insights to help shape future data structure of the new system
  • Advance existing and acquire new technical skills (Advanced PowerBI, SQL, Databases and IT Processes)
  • Champion data privacy and security policies towards stakeholders at all times
  • Support cross functional and global / multi region initiatives when required

Requirements

  • Technical skills: MS Office, SQL, relational databases, MS PowerBI, MS Office 365, Salesforce or any other CRM experience an advantage
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, adaptable, agile with strong networking skills
  • High attention to detail, good time management skills, problem solving and root cause analysis skills 
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken, other languages an advantage
