    We’re looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our amazing People & Culture team. We’re a small but mighty team, super focused on ensuring Internet Fusion group is a great place to work. We’re a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, you certainly won’t be bored! This is a real opportunity to get stuck into all areas of HR within a friendly & supportive team.

    • You’re just starting out in the world of Human Resources and are looking for a role to give you a true flavour of all aspects of HR.
    • You’re a people person! You’re super passionate about delivering great service by email, phone, instant messaging & in person to help our employees with any queries.
    • You enjoy a challenge and are super organised, you have no qualms handling multiple tasks at once & enjoy coordinating the fun stuff (think competitions & key engagement events)

    As a People & Culture Administrator you’ll be a success if…

    • As the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries, you’re first on hand to help! You respond to all mailbox queries promptly & assist with any ad hoc queries via instant message.
    • You process all administration linked to the employee life cycle. From new starters, promotions, leavers and family friendly processes, you’ve got it covered.
    • Do you love a checklist? We certainly do. We have some seriously impressive Trello boards, your role is to action any tasks promptly & maintain these boards.
    • You maintain our paper and digital employee files (super accurately) as well as our HR database. Ensuring legal compliance.
    • You support with any Employee Relations cases by note taking. You’re a pro at handling difficult situations calmly and sensitively and can contribute to finding a way forward.
    • You handle personal data and information professionally, showing sensitivity and respect to others.
    • You’re a dab hand at pulling data and can produce reports as required on key metrics (such as absence, turnover etc)
    • You love collaborating and are happy support other People and Culture team members on key projects, including Learning & Development & Recruitment.
    • You love planning the fun stuff! You will be coordinating key engagement activities such as competitions, staff parties & events.

    • Great Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Self-motivated, passionate learner who is always striving to improve processes and productivity of the department by seeking feedback and new ideas / approaches.
    • Communicates in a clear and engaging way that influences others, taking time to understand key stakeholders preferred approach and needs.
    • Great organisational skills, able to plan and prioritise changing workload at the drop of a hat (if required)
    • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy.

    The great stuff…

    • Experience working in a people or administration function
    • HR qualification or working towards qualification (desirable but not essential.)
