    Job summary

    ​Introba Consulting Ltd is looking for an entry-level Junior Accounts Assistant to come and join their small but busy team!

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Undertake a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities, including input and processing of purchase orders, purchase invoices, receipts & payments.
    • Supplier Statement reconciliations.
    • Bank reconciliations.
    • Communicating with clients, including client statements, emailing client invoices, credit control.
    • Complete/assist with monthly reconciliations and resolve incomplete records.
    • Assist with monthly and annual accounts.
    • Monthly /ad hoc financial reporting for meetings and colleagues
    • Other activities carried out by the finance team.
    • Communicating at all stages with colleagues.

    Skills & qualifications

    • Someone looking to enter into a finance career.
    • Some office experience is a plus! (Not required)
    • Strong written, numerical, and verbal communication.
    • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize own workload and work to deadlines.
    • Working knowledge of Excel.
    • Progressive attitude, keen to learn and develop.
    • This is a highly collaborative business but also commercial so a balance of professional approach and engaging manner when dealing with your colleagues is important.
