We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you! There is a range of phenomenal career opportunities, from Sales and Marketing, to Technology, HR and many more.
We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a 1 year industrial placement, starting this summer, within our Global Intelligence and Threat Analysis team.
Here’s a bit more information about the team
The Global Intelligence team is responsible for monitoring current events in the geopolitical climate to assess the potential impact to Invesco, which could involve physical or cyber threats. It’s a very topical and exciting area to be working in and is critical in ensuring our business survives and thrives, despite any external forces that could negatively impact us.
Interested in getting involved? You could expect to be assisting with the collection, reporting and analysis of information relating to physical and cyber threats, to develop resources, research information and produce written assessments. In addition, you’ll be monitoring global events daily for potential impacts to the business, utilising the cyber threat intelligence platform and tools to understand adversary tools, techniques and procedures.
You’ll need to be available for a full 12 month placement with us as part of your degree, and be studying in a field that demonstrates knowledge of politics, risk, intelligence, law enforcement or cyber security. You’ll have a demonstrated interest in global current affairs, with outstanding research skills. You’ll love using your analytical capabilities to identify and investigate issues and trends/risks, and you'll be capable of working both independently and as part of our diverse and successful team.
