    Your role

    Under limited supervision, utilising established policies, procedures, and customary practices, the HR Shared Services coordinator will perform a variety of general HR duties and support members of the regional HR team, including HR Business Partners and Advisors for assigned client groups across multiple countries. The HR Shared Services coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries from managers and employees for the region through ServiceNow and will route and/or escalate specialised queries to the appropriate teams.

    What we are we looking for:

    • An individual that will serve as the first point of contact for incoming employee and manager inquiries through the employee portal (myConnect), either routing employees and managers to available knowledge content, resolving the inquiry if possible, or escalating specialised requests to the appropriate HR team member
    • An individual who will be able to process and approve HR system transactions originating primarily in Workday and ServiceNow, including employee changes, new hires, and terminations
    • An individual who will act as an expert and owner of data and processes; working alongside HR team members to resolve identified data audit issues and actively participate in process improvements for data management and other HR-related initiatives
    • An individual who can coordinate with other HR team members to provide overall client support and service to assigned groups in the form of resolution of administrative or routine payroll, compensation, or benefit-related questions and issues
    • An individual who can maintain employee data in systems and manages process for completion of accurate and up-to-date personnel records, in compliance with regulatory requirements
    • An individual who can prepare reports for internal business partners; and can engage the Digital HR team to create custom reports, as needed
    • An individual who understands the requirements and provides support in relation to Regulated Roles, including initiating background checks
    • An individual who can provide administrative support for a full range of HR activities including processing HR invoices

    What you can bring:

    • Related HR experience in a customer focused role
    • General knowledge of HR best practices and employment law is preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proven skills in Workday, or equivalent HR systems
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for and learn from other people's opinions – strong team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
    • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively build relationships and communicate with people at all levels of seniority within the HR team and across the business
    • Very strong organisational / prioritisation / time management skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
