These are traineeships, so we are specifically looking for results-oriented graduates an interest in Compliance. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function.
Your Team
The Compliance function plays a key role within investment management firms, with responsibility for identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting on the firm’s compliance risks. The Central Compliance team provides advisory support across a range of activities, including:
- Conflicts of Interest
- People Policies and Conduct Arrangements
- Regional regulatory matters (supporting local CCOs)
- Regulatory Change
- Regulatory reporting
- Policy Governance
- Due Diligence Requests
- Training strategy
Your Role
Interested in getting involved? You could expect to be assisting with a range of EMEA wide activities supported by this team, such as the Conflicts management process, policy governance, managing responses to due diligence requests, including risk assessment, report and MI production. Even if you’ve never considered a career in Compliance, we’ll provide all the training you need, both internally and externally.
You’ll need phenomenal relationship building skills for this role, with the ability to deal with people across the organization, as well as a high attention to detail, a willingness to learn and you'll be capable of working both independently and as part of our diverse and successful team.
