    The Investment20/20 Programme

    We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

    These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!

    What are we looking for?

    We are looking for a Junior EMEA ETF Product Management Analyst to join our EMEA ETFs team based in London to provide support to the Product and Sales Strategy team (PSS) across the Product Management, Product Development and Content sub-functions.

    You will be involved in

    • Updating and maintaining a range of standardised product materials across equity, fixed income, commodity and digital assets
    • Supporting the Sales teams through the production of a wide range of data queries and analysis using Bloomberg, Excel and internal databases
    • Supporting team leadership in the preparation of strategy packs, management information, and other business analytics for presentation to a wide range of stakeholders both internal (management) and external (Boards, clients)
    • Supporting the Content team in the production of presentations, one-page summaries, sales emails and web content
    • Coordinating Compliance approval process for content produced for external distribution

    What do we need from you?

    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
    • A clear analytical thinker and natural problem solver with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, think logically and communicate ideas clearly
    • To be a team player with excellent communication skills
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Open minded and enthusiastic
    • A proactive attitude to learning

    • Salary: £26,500 per annum
