    The Investment20/20 Programme

    What are we looking for?

    The EMEA RFP team are seeking a Junior Investment Marketing Analyst to join their well-established team. The team serve a variety of clients including financial advisors, pension funds, and insurers. They support new business (requests for proposal (RFPs)), existing client questionnaires (due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)), industry surveys, award submissions and ad-hoc requests for information about the firm and its investment capabilities.

    The Junior Investment Marketing Analyst will contribute towards Invesco's client retention and new business efforts worldwide, through the production of RFPs, DDQs and other material for all client types and across all key asset classes. This includes working closely with sales and product teams to produce and maintain high-quality content, collaborating with team members and working to raise the profile of the RFP team across the business.

    You will be involved in

    • Delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions for various clients (including RFPs, DDQs, ad-hoc queries and other submissions as required);
    • Updating, maintaining, and improving responses in the RFP database (RFPio);
    • Be prepared to take ownership of content and relationships for specific asset classes and products as needed;
    • Adhering to all processes for completion, tracking and filing of work;
    • Peer review and checking of work produced by other team-members once required level of expertise has been reached;
    • Contribute towards the review and development of processes within the team, to ensure that the team is working as efficiently and effectively as possible;
    • Preparation of investment information data e.g., team assets under management, team headcount reports, and performance data.
