The Investment20/20 Programme
We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.
These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Technology Associate to work with our agile engineering teams to design, build, test, and support software solutions that help Invesco achieve its goals.
You will
- Complete two rotations within the Technology organisation.
- Participate in the delivery of technology solutions end to end.
- Complete python, AWS, and snowflake training.
- Learn about the Invesco business and fund management industry.
- Learn about the functions within a technology department.
What do we need from you?
- To be IT literate
- Knowledge of one or more computer programming languages would be beneficial but not essential
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on the agile scrum process would be helpful, but not required
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in Technology
- Keen attention to detail
- Open minded and enthusiastic
- A proactive attitude to learning

- Salary: £26,500 per annum
