The Investment20/20 Programme
We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.
These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!
What are we looking for?
Do you have a keen interest in technology and how it can be used to shape an organisation? Do you enjoy coding and solving problems with technology? Do you enjoy working with others and collaborating on projects? We are looking for a Technology Associate who would like to work in our agile engineering teams to design, build, test, and support software solutions that help Invesco achieve its goals.
You will be involved in
- Completing two rotations within the Technology organisation
- Participating in the delivery of technology solutions end to end.
- Learning and applying business analysis and project management techniques.
What do we need from you?
- An interest in technology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel would be beneficial.
- Knowledge on the agile scrum process is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- To be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Open minded and enthusiastic
- A proactive attitude to learning
