    The Investment20/20 Programme

    We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

    These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!

    What are we looking for?

    This role will provide the person with European direct real estate investment exposure, supporting the London investment and fund teams in asset management, underwriting, due diligence and analysis.

    You will be involved in

    • Providing direct support to the teams in reviewing and evaluating investment opportunities, and exploring existing asset enhancement initiatives
    • Preparing analyses to support various investment decisions
    • Researching and assisting on new initiatives and potential acquisitions
    • Contributing data and the resulting conclusions to relevant investment and strategy committee documents and quarterly reports

    What do we need from you?

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Numerate, and comfortable working with data.
    • Understanding of economics / financial analysis would be a benefit.
    • Creative problem solving mindset
    • To be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Open minded and enthusiastic
    • A proactive attitude to learning

      • Video Interview (containing both video and written questions)

    • Start date of the programme: September 2024
    • Salary: £26,500 per annum
