The fast-growing Stickyeyes Demand Generation team is excited to be recruiting for an ambitious, driven and hungry to learn Executive, who’s role will be focused around supporting:
- Email marketing and SMS campaigns
- Paid social media campaigns via LinkedIn and Facebook
- Supporting the design team with managing creative briefs
- Helping the senior team to upload and manage campaigns within email or Social media platforms
You will be working across several large clients including Amazon, Adobe and Johnson & Johnson.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a passion for digital marketing, data, social media, emerging technologies with a desire to learn and get involved across multiple projects and craft streams.
The Executive will be responsible for activities including but not limited to: data gathering for reporting, creating and optimising paid social media campaigns, content support, campaign analysis, and more.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Adhere to a professional level of conduct at all times
- Attend internal agency and client facing meetings
- Produce detailed and accurate client reports and performance analysis
- Work with Social craft lead to help optimise and improve client’s paid social advertising campaigns using social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook and the agency’s market-leading technologies
- Liaise with external publishers to brief in and help set up content syndication campaigns
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues to raise them with the wider team and support in the finding of solutions where appropriate
- Be responsible for time keeping and ensuring in-house time management software is updated daily
- Demonstrate the ability to self-manage and be efficient at completing a variety of tasks. Have a can do attitude and desire to get involved with a variety of tasks and clients.
Desired skills & Experience
- Excellent numeracy, written and oral communications skills
- Familiarity with all the major social networks but most importantly: Facebook & LinkedIn
- A desire to learn about and understand how to work with a variety of tools including Mail Chimp, Hubspot, Marketo and Saleforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to manipulate and analyse data and identify trends.
- Excellent Excel skills
- A keen interest in learning and development
