    The Learning and Development (L&D) Co-ordinator will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects. They will work closely with the Head of Learning & Development and the Senior L&D Co-ordinator to support the upskilling, curiosity, and knowledge of our Mediabrands employees.

    We are looking for someone who has strong organisational acumen and wants to develop their skills and knowledge in learning and development. Strong IT skills are critical and training on our systems will be provided.

    As we are a people focused organisation, you must enjoy working with people and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    The role will vary day to day however will take ownership of the following:

    • Being the first point of contact for all UK and Ireland queries, managing the inbox and other systems
    • Scheduling training events making full use of the technology available (including our in-house LMS FLITE which you will be fully trained on)
    • Ensuring pre and post-coursework is completed in a timely fashion ahead of any training events
    • Support the L&D team in the preparation for course delivery (virtually and in-person)
    • Working with key stakeholders and assisting with establishing any L&D requirements
    • Reviewing the effectiveness of L&D and collating feedback
    • Prepare a regular report/newsletter to the business demonstrating L&D insights
    • Supporting events such as Learning at Work week and regular engagement via our Teams channel

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Minimal Learning & Development experience necessary however a passion for developing others is key
    • Great IT and verbal communication skills
    • Great organisational skills
    • An outgoing nature
