The Role

We are growing our team of experts and are looking for a talented Paid Social Executive to work across LEGO!

Advertising spends through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter rise year-on-year, meaning Paid Social is one of the fastest growing areas of our agency. Reporting to the Paid Social Director and Paid Social Managers, the Paid Social Executive will support the team in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns for our wide range of clients. They should be able to demonstrate a passion for social media, emerging technologies and the digital media space.

The right candidate will have excellent numeracy, written, and oral communication skills and the ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail. General enthusiasm and a can do attitude is a must.

The Paid Social Executive will be responsible for activities including: data gathering for reporting, creating and delivering paid social media campaigns, competitor and market trend analysis, and more.

Job Responsibilities
 
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
  • Adhere to a professional level of conduct at all times
  • Attend internal meetings and regularly demonstrate self-learning
  • Produce detailed and accurate client reports and competitor analysis
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues in order to raise them with the wider team
  • Be responsible for time keeping and ensuring in-house budgeting and time management software is updated daily
  • Monitor clients’ campaigns and ensure performance tracking documents are updated regularly
  • Optimise and improve clients’ advertising campaigns using the agency’s market-leading technologies and platform best practice guidelines
  • Produce client-facing campaign reports for advertising campaigns
  • Demonstrate the ability to self-manage and be efficient at completing a variety of tasks
SYSTEMS AND FINANCIAL:
  • Ensure policy and procedure are followed at each stage of the project
  • Adhere to quality assurance policies
  • Ensure all documentation is sent to the Paid Social Management for review
  • Communicate regularly with the Paid Social Management
  • Ensure internal time keeping and budget tracking software is updated regularly

Requirements

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas and research from team members, co-workers, industry sources and client
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends, and clearly present data and insights
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An enthusiasm for learning
  • Degree qualified desirable
  • An existing online web presence via either social media or website projects. Evidence of thought leadership such as blog posts is desirable
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and its reporting functions (including basic formulas and pivot tables) desirable
  • Excellent familiarity with all the major social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, as well as mobile applications such as Snapchat and Instagram
  • Excellent numeracy, written and oral communications skills
