Project Management sits at the forefront of what we do at Ipsos – spearheading new and better ways of working across the organisation. As a Graduate Project Executive, you will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, thrown straight into working on live projects.
- You will gain exposure to a variety of clients and research approaches whilst working alongside experienced project managers
- You will work on a wide range of research projects
- You will see the end-to-end project life cycle, from costing, working through timelines, supporting on set up, quality control, and project financial management
- You will learn key project management skills
- You will focus on the day-to-day management of project actions, briefing and liaising with external and internal partners, monitoring progress against sample quotas, analysing fieldwork for errors or unexpected abnormalities, managing timings,and troubleshooting
- You will support in the management of all compliance, pharmacovigilance and industry requirements, also observing contractual agreement with clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and represent Ipsos in a professional and ethical manner at all times
What do I need to bring with me?
We are looking for individuals who have a curiosity for problem solving, a passion for planning and organisation, and excellent communicators who are not afraid to challenge the status quo. As such, you’ll need to bring the following:
- An interest in planning and delivering Healthcare projects. This will include working with different sectors within the industry, healthcare professionals, decision makers, patients and other stakeholders. We deliver impactful work and curiosity in this filed will be essential.
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions for complex and varied problems
- Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
