    The Brand Health Tracking team at Ipsos are dedicated to helping clients understand how and where to focus to enhance the equity of their brands and drive growth for the business.

    Our research covers a range of areas, including campaign evaluation, optimisation and brand equity measurement, and provides clients (both in the UK and globally) the information they need to make their brand positioning and activation more efficient and effective at engaging key target audiences.

    You will be able to answer key questions, like: ‘How effective is the brand strategy in driving acquisition of new customers?’, ‘Are the brand communications resonating with the target audience and having the desired impact on the brand?’, ‘How is the media mix contributing to effective marketing?’.

    What will I be doing?

    As a Graduate Research Executive, you’ll be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset - thrown straight into working on live projects for some of the most well-known dynamic brands.

    Your key daily responsibilities will be to support quantitative research studies from start to finish, including:

    • Supporting the team in writing questionnaires and checking they are scripted correctly
    • Managing and overseeing fieldwork including data processing and sample quality control
    • Checking tables and overall data quality
    • Helping prepare presentations for clients, thinking about how we can build insightful narratives from our datasets and deliver our conclusions in a visually engaging way
    • Acting as a key point of contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders (for example, our Data Processing and Data Science teams, Finance, fieldwork, online scripters, coders, etc.)
    • Engaging directly with clients on relevant areas

    What do I need to bring with me?

    • A natural curiosity about the world we live in and an intrigue for human behaviour
    • A passion for advertising and brand strategy
    • A natural drive to not just deliver facts, but to interpret those into the “so what” and the “now what”
    • Experience of working with or an ambition to work with quantitative data
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to working with data
    • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
    • Strong organisational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work towards multiple deadlines
