We are looking for a Graduate Research Executive to join the National Student Survey research team. The role will suit a dynamic and articulate graduate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent project management and communication skills.
The Role
As a Graduate Research Executive, you’ll be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset - thrown straight into working on live projects for some our clients. You will gain exposure to a variety of research approaches, whilst working alongside industry experts:
- Supporting the project team in the execution of all aspects of the research project including quantitative and qualitative methods
- Managing a helpline – responding to Higher Education (HE) providers’ and survey participants’ queries via telephone and email and communicating with various stakeholders
- Dealing with GDPR-related requests such as actioning and logging participant erasure requests
- Supporting the delivery of a promotional campaign working together with internal and external teams.
- Monitor website hits, social media and coverage in the media
- Provide support at events/conferences/webinars and workshops
- Contribute to sample data collection including chasing universities/colleges and addressing quality issues with them
- Contributing to writing materials such as invitation letters, interviewer instructions, recruitment materials, briefings, specifications, guidance notes, reports and presentations that deliver insights to meet the client's objectives
About You
- Quantitative research skills, and ability to comfortably support day-to-day project delivery
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and solutions-focused
- Time management skills, multi-tasking, prioritising tasks efficiently
- Ability to work to tight and demanding deadlines with high quality outputs
- Ability to contribute to writing research/survey and guidance materials
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and other packages
- Knowledge of social media
