    We operate in 90 different markets and have 17 different teams conducting different areas of research within the UK. Platform Services plays an integral role to the broader Customer Experience team at Ipsos. Experts in software implementation, this specialised team of 12 builds high-impact customer experience programmes using the latest data management and cloud-based technology.

    Our CX programmes can run both locally or globally, spanning multiple sectors, such as healthcare, retail, automotive, finance, insurance, and telecommunications - giving the team the opportunity to gain breadth of experience across industries and markets. 

    The role

    This role presents the right candidate with the opportunity to become conversant in some of the industry's fastest growing and leading tech. CX software is a booming industry with the technology we place at the centre of programmes playing a critical role in the customer experience.

    Supported by your manager & team, you will: 

    • Gain exposure to research and experience in the Platform Services process and acquire the confidence to apply this knowledge. 
    • Gain experience in core Platform Services skills and begin to use them to support the wider team.
    • Interpret and respond to platform briefs via the ticketing system, beginning to communicate directly with internal team members.
    •  Start to act on and complete implementation tasks, working closely with the team. Tasks may include data mapping, survey, and dashboard building, writing code, testing, as well as analysing and trouble-shooting issues, such as data queries or platform errors.

    Desirable

    • Programming experience or an understanding of how programming works.
    • Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.  Also experienced with data formats like JSON and XML.
    • Knowledge of API technology.

    Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office during February and we're looking for candidates to start on the 17th March.
